A dedication, blessing and push-in event was held Sept. 3 at the fire station for the Paoli Fire Department’s new engine 141, an E-One Typhoon engine.

Orange County’s Farmers Market starts fall hours this week, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays on Congress Square in Orleans and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the French Lick Town Green.
Every item available at the markets is home grown or hand crafted.
Knights of Columbus offer every child a free book each market day. An average 1,000 children’s books are donated each season.
This week Speakeasy Pizza offers stromboli sandwiches with Mac n cheese available as a side.
From home kitchens: Espresso and iced coffees, freeze dried candy, fudge, peanut brittle, cinnamon rolls, artisan breads, sourdough bread, yeast bread, banana bread, brownies, many kinds of cookies, pies, cakes, biscuits, candy, flavored marshmallows, dinner rolls, syrups (elderberry, peach, blackberry, shag bark hickory), locally made wines, jam, jelly, muffins, Regular coffee, lemonade, and iced tea and much much more.
Services: Local photography, children’s book authors, Home Hospice information, Mental Health information, Habitat for Humanity donating and volunteering information.
